Es un curso en línea de corta duración <em>(4 semanas), con 2 encuentros presenciales optativos</em>, el cual involucra la participación de la comunidad educativa e implica la producción, utilización y reutilización de Recursos Educativos Abiertos (REA).</p>
<p style="mso-table-lspace: 0; mso-table-rspace: 0; margin: 0; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #272727; text-align: justify; padding: 0px 8px 10px 8px; line-height: 24px; text-decoration: none;">El Curso cuenta con <strong>25 (VEINTICINCO) horas reloj</strong>. Los destinatarios son los Docentes y Auxiliares Alumnos de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Alimentación.</p>
