  que convoca y nuclea a mujeres emprendedoras de la ciudad, con el objetivo de
  movilizar el consumo local, emprendedor y de mujeres. Este grupo ha crecido
  en número y en diversidad de emprendimientos durante la pandemia por el
  Covid-19, con mucho foco en las producciones alimenticias.</span></p>
  <p style="text-align:justify;margin-right:0cm;margin-left:0cm;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;font-size:12pt">En este contexto, docentes y
  estudiantes de la Tecnicatura en Gestión Gastronómica de la Facultad de
  Ciencias de la Alimentación detectaron una necesidad: contribuir al
  mejoramiento de la calidad y la inocuidad de los productos alimenticios
  elaborados que, actualmente, son la fuente de ingresos de muchas personas en
  el marco de la pandemia.</span></p>

  Ingeniería en Alimentos de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Alimentación y
  presentaron, como trabajo de investigación, la relación entre la producción
  de carnes y el impacto ambiental.</span></p>
  <p style="text-align:justify;margin-right:0cm;margin-left:0cm;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">La investigación cuenta con una
  minuciosa descripción de los procesos, los lugares de impacto y las posibles
  mejoras, entre las que se encuentran: mejoras de productividad que
  reducen las intensidades de emisiones, captura de carbono a través de un manejo
  mejorado de los pastos y una mejor integración ganadera en la bio-economía
  circular.</span></p>
