DEAR COLLEAGUE,

We are pleased to invite you to submit your research papers to the 10th
INTERNATIONAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE (ISTEC) . This
Conference is a combined academic event of Istanbul
University-Cerrahpasa, Sakarya University, Governors State University
and The Association of Science, Education and Technology (TASET).

ISTEC 2019EUROPE  WILL BE HELD IN PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC BETWEEN JULY
03-05, 2019.

ISTEC 2019AMERICA  WILL BE HELD IN GEORGE MASON UNIVERSITY, FAIRFAX,
VIRGINIA (WASHINGTON DC AREA), USA BETWEEN AUGUST 7-8, 2019.

The main aim of the ISTEC Conference is to bring together scholars,
researchers, educators, students, professionals and other groups who are
interested in science and technology to present their works in this
academic platform.  All accepted papers will be published  in _the
Proceeding Book with ISBN_ and modified version of selected papers will
be published in peer reviewed journal TOJSAT_ _(www.tojsat.net [2])_._
